We take into account the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and the GDPR when its scope is fulfilled, in particular for the processing of personal data in the European Union.

Reading data

Favorites, progress and settings remain in your browser, to provide you with the functions of the player. They are not sent to the editor. They persist until they are erased. Open the preferences and delete them.

Connection and security

The server necessarily receives your IP address, the address of the requested page and the technical information of your browser to deliver the page. Logs may be kept by the host to protect the service and diagnose incidents, based on the legitimate interest to ensure its security when the GDPR applies. The optional measure is described below.

The site is hosted by OVHcloud on a STARTUP shared offer. The location of the processing, the technical recipients and the retention periods of the logs remain to be confirmed according to the parameters of the contract and the hosting. No external CDN service is included in this release.

Your messages

If you write to us, your e-mail address and message are used to respond to your request, based on our legitimate interest in processing the correspondence or pre-contractual measures if your request justifies it. Messages go through the relevant email providers. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. The retention period and any archiving obligations will be specified before the public launch.

Advertising, recipients and transfers

Adsterra and MGID, after your consent, and Monetag, as soon as the page opens regardless of the choice offered, receive the data necessary for their advertising services: in particular IP address, identifiers and technical or navigation information. They can process this data abroad with their partners. Consult our Cookies Policy for their policies, purposes and methods of withdrawal. Without agreement, the Adsterra and MGID scripts remain disabled. The proposed choice does not block Monetag. Google Analytics is only loaded after your consent.

Google Analytics

After your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions with _ga and _ga_* cookies set for 180 days. Your choice is kept for 180 days under recitscurieux:analytics-consent-v1. Google receives technical information and identifiers and may process them outside of Switzerland and the EEA. No no-deal Analytics loading, no Google advertising signal enabled. You can withdraw this agreement in the preferences: tracking disabled and accessible Analytics cookies deleted. Google Policy.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability or object to certain processing. Consent, when used, may be withdrawn without retroactive effect. Write to the contact above; we will only ask for an identity check if it is necessary. For data stored only in your browser, use local preferences.

You can enter the Federal Data Protection and Transparency Officer or the competent authority in your country, including the CNIL in France.
